Simply stated, I help clients use the Root Cause Protocol to start feeling better! In a typical consultation, I interpret results from a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and/or a blood test called the Full Monty Panel to understand how the body is responding to stress and how to best move forward. Although testing can be very insightful, it is not entirely necessary in order to take action with the proper steps to begin feeling improvements in your health. For some clients, a thorough conversation about their stressors, symptoms, and how mineral imbalance connects it all, is all that is needed to motivate them to take that first step and to keep going!
Basic Initial Consult
The Basic Initial Consult is designed for someone who:
- has questions about the Root Cause Protocol
- needs guidance on how to get started when it comes to the STOPS & STARTS
- does NOT have testing results to be analyzed
- would like advice on troubleshooting certain aspects of the RCP
- has a limited budget but still could use some help making progress to feel better
The Basic Initial Consult includes:
- a conversation about the client’s top 1-3 health concerns
- a discussion of the client’s stress timeline and factors contributing to on-going stress
- a review of the client intake form
- answering any questions or concerns about the STOPS & STARTS
- crafting a plan that will work for you
- email follow up support for up to 2 weeks after the consult
Cost: $85 Time: ~1 hour
Full Initial Consult
The Full Initial Consult is designed for someone who:
- has testing results to be reviewed (HTMA and bloodwork)
- has questions about the Root Cause Protocol
- needs guidance on how to get started when it comes to the STOPS & STARTS
- would like advice on troubleshooting certain aspects of the RCP
The Full Initial Consult includes:
- review/RCP interpretation of testing results
- a conversation about the client’s top 1-3 health concerns
- a discussion of the client’s stress timeline and factors contributing to on-going stress
- a review of the client intake form
- answering any questions or concerns about the STOPS & STARTS
- crafting a plan that will work for you
- email follow up support for up to 1 month after the consult
Cost: $200 Time: ~2 hours
**Please note, if we will only be covering one set of testing results, either HTMA or bloodwork, you may subtract $50. In other words, if you only want to go over HTMA results, then the total cost will be $150. Likewise, if we will only be discussing bloodwork, then the total will be $150.
What is the Full Monty Bloodwork Panel? The Full Monty panel contains 11 tests with 16 biomarkers. This complete nutrient panel tests everything from magnesium and zinc to vitamin A and ferritin, so you can be confident you're getting everything you need to support optimal health. The Full Monty was assembled based on the recommendation of Morley Robbins of the Magnesium Advocacy Group.
What is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)? HTMA is an analytical test which measures the mineral content of the hair. The sampled hair, obtained by cutting the first inch and one-half of growth closest to the scalp at the nape of the neck, is prepared in a licensed clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures. Testing is then performed using highly sophisticated detection equipment and methods to achieve the most accurate and precise results. A HTMA reveals a unique metabolic world: intracellular activity, which cannot be seen through most other tests. This provides a blueprint of the biochemistry occurring during the period of hair growth and development.
Both methods of testing are optional, and therefore a separate cost.

The HTMA is something you can let me know you're interested in, and upon receiving payment for it, I send your hair collection kit in the mail.
